I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and there was such a wide variety of options to choose from. I loved being able to walk across to the thermal pools and sauna. It was so convenient and made my stay even more relaxing. The attention to detail in this place was incredible, they truly thought of everything to enhance my comfort.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent a great Easter weekend here. The modern decor, comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast were amazing. Loved having the thermal pools and sauna facilities within walking distance – perfect for a relaxing break. , the massages were excellent and made me feel so relaxed. The location near the river and picturesque village added an extra charm.

The only negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning. As the weather was quite warm, it got a bit stuffy in the room, but keeping the windows open helped somewhat.

The breakfast was decent with good enough variety and the staff was courteous. the location was great, close to various attractions and easily accessible. the spa services were reasonably priced and enjoyable.

The hotel lacked basic amenities that are expected from a place charging such high prices, including air conditioning and comfortable beds. the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, and the rooms were not cleaned properly.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel that combined modernity and comfort. The staff was very prepared, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. We had a great experience with the breakfast, which was varied and tasty. Moreover, the spa and bath attached to the hotel were really nice. They had great appointments available in the spa which was nice and relaxing. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy transportation and close to interesting places.

This hotel has an impressive attached thermal spa and a fantastic breakfast spread fit for kings. Situated amidst the beautiful Spreewald forest, it offers great opportunities for walking, cycling, and canal boat rides. the rooms are clean and well organized, while the staff is young, friendly, and always willing to help for any request.

Sadly, the waiting staff during the evening buffet were a let-down and not very welcoming.
